Executive (HR)

• Two years full time Post Graduate Qualification with minimum 55% in final year in any of the following:

• MBA(HR) / Social Work / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management / Human Resource Management or Development / Industrial Relations.

• Distance Learning Courses secured in above degrees from the Recognized university duly approved by UGC/DEB/AICTE may be allowed only for Departmental Candidates who have rendered at least 03 years Service in PGVCL.

Deputy Superintendent of Establishment

• M.S.W. / M.L.W. / M.B.A. (HR), 2 years full time course from Govt. Recognized University with minimum 55% in Final Year.

• The candidate should possess good coordinating skill.

• Knowledge of HR, IR and various Labour Laws

• Good command over English Language

• Knowledge of Computer Operation

Age Limit: 

Executive (HR):

• For UR category – 36 years

• For Reserved Category (SEBC) – 41 years

Dy. Superintendent

• Maximum 41 years

PGVCL Recruitment 2022: Selection Process And Pay Scale The candidates applying for the Executive (HR) & Dy.
